We're a small operation. There's no customer service department, no ticket system, and no bot asking you to describe your issue in three words. Just us. We aim to respond within 1–2 working days. If you don't hear back, check your spam — we're not ghosting you, we're just covered in sawdust.

Got a question about an order? Include your order number and we'll get back to you within 1–2 working days. If it's urgent — a deadline, a birthday, a painting competition you've left suspiciously late — say so and we'll prioritise it.

Want to know if something's possible? Custom sizes, different timber combinations, a specific finish — we're open to the conversation. We can't say yes to everything, but we're more flexible than the FAQ suggests.
