Returns & Refund Policy

The short version: Everything is made to order, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, we'll fix it.


Made to Order Every Tygo product is made specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has begun. If you're unsure about a product before ordering, get in touch and we'll answer any questions before you commit.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or there's a fault with the product, we want to know about it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We cover return postage for any faulty items.

Wrong Item Received If we've sent you the wrong product, we'll sort it immediately. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll arrange the correct item to be made and shipped at no additional cost.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Get in touch as soon as possible if you need to cancel — once the order has gone into production we're unable to cancel or refund, as the materials will already have been cut. If you're unsure whether production has started, contact us and we'll check.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account will depend on your bank or card provider.
