Where We Ship We currently ship within the UK. If you're outside the UK and would like to place an order, contact us before purchasing and we'll confirm whether we can accommodate it and what the shipping cost would be.
Lead Time All Tygo products are made to order. From the point of purchase, allow approximately two weeks for your order to be made and dispatched. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when it leaves us.
Shipping Rates Standard shipping on orders under £5.95. Rates are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. We ship with Royal Mail and you'll have a tracking number to follow your order.
Packaging Orders are packaged to protect the product in transit. We keep packaging as minimal and sensible as possible — it won't arrive in a box three times the size of the product.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage costs for redelivery are the responsibility of the buyer where the failed delivery was due to an incorrect address or missed collection.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of your shipping confirmation, get in touch and we'll investigate with the carrier. We'll keep you updated and sort it out.
