These terms apply to all purchases made through the Tygo website (tygo.co.uk). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

The Products Tygo products are handcrafted from natural materials including solid walnut and maple. Natural timber contains variation in grain, colour, and character — these are features of the material, not defects. No two pieces will be identical, and the product you receive may vary slightly in appearance from photography on the site. This is intentional and part of what makes each piece its own thing.

Pricing All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Lead Times All products are made to order with an approximate two-week lead time from order to dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — occasionally things take a little longer. If there's a significant delay we'll let you know.

Payment Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards and any additional payment methods listed at checkout.

Your Details When you place an order you'll need to provide accurate delivery and contact information. We use this only to process and ship your order. We don't sell your data to anyone and we don't send marketing emails unless you've opted in.

Intellectual Property All content on this website — including product photography, copy, the Tygo name, and the tiger mark — belongs to Tygo. Please don't use it without asking.

Liability Tygo products are designed for hobby use — specifically as accessories for the wargaming hobby desk. They're not designed for heavy commercial use, outdoor use, or anything a reasonable person would consider a misuse of a beautifully finished piece of walnut. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
